These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hombrespa.com (the "Site"), operated by H-OMBRÉ, Rue Abdellah El Habti 7, Boulevard Mohammed VI, Tanger 90000, Morocco. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

2. The Site is informational

The Site presents our services, location, and opening hours. It does not sell products or take payment online. We try to keep all information accurate, but it may change without notice and is provided without warranty.

3. Bookings & appointments

• Booking requests are made via WhatsApp (+212 601 469 257). A request is confirmed only when we reply.
• Prices and treatment details are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Cancellations & no-shows: at least 48 hours' notice; missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the treatment out of respect for the next guest.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The H-OMBRÉ name, logo, imagery, text, and design are our property or used with permission and may not be reused without our written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
